Happy Father's Day from all of us at LH Home & Exterior. Today is one we set aside to recognize the fathers on our team - the guys who clock in every day not just because it's their job, but because they genuinely care about the work they do and the people around them.

A special shoutout goes to Hector Luevano, our VP of Operations. Hector has been a cornerstone of what we do and how we do it. Long before we were serving homeowners across the Kansas City area, he was already living out the values that now define our company - show up when you say you will, take pride in your work, treat people right, and understand that consistency matters more than any single win.

Those aren't just words on a wall. They're things we actually try to practice every single day on every job we take on. That kind of standard gets set at the top, and Hector has been setting it for a long time.

We're also grateful for every other father on our team who leads by example - at work, at home, and in the community. That kind of leadership doesn't go unnoticed, and it shapes the kind of company we're proud to be.
